  • Berry Berry Good

    In a blender, add:

    1 or 1 1/2 scoops of Metabolic Shake

    Sugar-free mixed berries yogurt

    1/2 C. frozen berries

    6 oz. milk

    Handful of ice

    Blend until desired consistency is reached

    Total calories: 400-450

  • Goin' Cocoa

    Blend:

    2 scoops of Metabolic Shake

    10 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

    1 heaping tablespoon of Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder

    One packet of Stevia

    Total calories: 250
